Natalie Santonil

Natalie Santonil is a business strategist that aligns day-to-day operations with business goals to drive teams forward. As a seasoned strategist, she has created effective and sustainable results for private clients and programs alike. As the program leader for the Business Resource Group at SCKEDD, Natalie is responsible for the daily operations of staff, annual program goals and growth of the SBA 504 portfolio.

Previously, as a business adviser for the KSBDC at Wichita State University, she designed realistic goals for entrepreneurs to start or grow their business. Leveraging her background in strategic planning and project management entrepreneurs in South Central, Kansas leveraged her advisory services to gain access to commercial loans. At Koch Industries, Natalie gained expertise in commercial compliance and project management. She was responsible for serving as the project manager for the global internal audit team, developing corporate policies and procedures, training and global compliance initiatives.

In her free time, Santonil enjoys reading, gardening, traveling and volunteering as a business mentor with various non-profits in the community.
