Rachelle LeMasters is a Human Resource Leader with a wide variety of specialized interest and a Diverse background in Retail, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Government Contracts. She is experienced in Career and Life Coaching with a strong interest in the strong development of the foundation of the Women SCORE Higher organization and feels that life coaching is an essential part of helping individuals succeed – both in business and in their personal lives. Rachelle has an extensive background in FMLA law, DOL audit readiness, DOT audit readiness and policy application. Her specialties include executive coaching, labor and employee relations, union negotiation, recruitment and selection processes, safety/workers compensation, FMLA law, audit readiness and payroll systems management.
